Woodlawn-Brandywine Long Loop Ride

Details Submitted by Stan Schweitzer (schweitz@a1.esvax.umc.dupont.com) on January 1, 1996:

Located just west of Rt. 202 just over the PA line into Delaware. It is primarily between 202 and the Brandywine River. Take 202 south to Namaans Road (in Delaware also called Rt. 92) and make a right. Continue for about 100 yards and make a left. Continue for about 1 mile and a gravel parking lot will be on your left, right at the Brandywine River. Most of the trails are upstream. If you are within an hour of this site you must check it out. It is primarily single track and very hilly.

Warning: Parking is $2.50 for Delaware residents, and $5.00 for non-Delaware residents at Brandywine Creek State Park. Certain parking lots located nearby are FREE, but they close at dark.
